I have experience providing both individual and group psychotherapy to socioeconomically diverse populations of adults, children, and teenagers with a variety of behavioral disorders. I feel that it’s imperative that I incorporate culturally appropriate interventions to help people reach their highest healing by providing trauma-sensitive approaches.
My treatment philosophy is that the most successful interventions and outcomes include working collaboratively with clients and their families to identify a treatment plan and approach that works best for them.
